Claims never received & that product caused emergency.
Monday, informed us they never received order. Tracking showed delivery that same day, but needed a signature.
Wednesday, the same week, customer requested pick up with shipping company.
Thursday, Customer picked up order.

The following Friday (Next Day), customer claims that using product for a whole week caused this medical emergency. Left negative comment claiming never received, and wants us to refund because they need money.

Wanted us to mail a return label for product to a different state, and to use Western Union to issue a refund.
