We sent the goods from Italy to Barbara Martin after a few days she told us that part of the goods ( Linens ) was not good! We asked to return the wrong merchandise and pay for what was fine but from that moment no longer responds to the phone and emails. We had confirmation that the merchandise had been ordered for a customer in Palm Desert and that it was regularly delivered and paid for so Barbara Martin took the money but did not pay our invoice for over $ 7.500. Clearly I have proof of everything I wrote: the U.S. Customs stamp invoices, confirmation email from Mrs Barbara Martin, emails sent and received by the architectural firm Sheldon Harte and everything necessary to prove what I say It's all true. First off, if the bitch didnt pay, why did you ship them! You can sue her from Italy. You hire an attorney to represent you. You send her to court in which if she's guilty she would have to pay for all the expenses you incurred for the to get your money back. You can also send the bitch to a collection agency, since you have proof of debt owed, if the bitch doesnt pay it goes on her credit report. There's nothing the bitch can do about it, because your overseas, Let her call the Attorney Generals office, that wont do any good. Just hire an attorney, send the bitch to a collections agency, make sure you have proof that the debt is owed to you.

Is the invoice $7,500.00 USD? Has the invoice been paid?
You can find a lawayer in California and have the lawyer send a letter to Barbara to settle the invoice and "warn" of intent to recover monies in court. I'm not a lawyer but that's how you can start the civil case process.
