I'm having an issue with similar buyers of over similar circumstances. Just keep reporting buyers like this. What they don't understand, is enough reports on there account will actually find themselves suspended or no longer registered. I've seen it happen. Speaking from an Experienced seller. Best advice, don't let them get away with it. Also, call up ebay directly and let them know. Sometimes, they will remove it from your account and place a hold on the buyers account. It pays to investigate it a little further sometimes.
