Ebay hows the reason as "The buyer hasn't received their item yet." The ebay user ID "olmmonte-0" the buyer is using shows it was made on the same day as the order "Member since: Nov 12, 2023" so it's a scam basically. Hopefully this guy gets caught for this or something else.
