buyer would not be discouraged from buying
item we repeatedly told her was not up to
her lofty standards.. insisted she wanted it anyway
gave us a neutral.. probably for being too honest
really the only logical answer..we did reward her
with a negative afterward
this one will never be satisfied, trust me
