Josue Castro purchased item, installed it, then tried to return it, even though shipping an item with gasoline in it is against the law. Buyer agreed at time of purchase that item was not returnable.
Post Office retained item, and may charge Buyer with $750 fine for shipping an item with gas fumes in the mail.
