Paid through PayPal on eBay for an item of £7.99. Sent an email to our direct website on the evening after we had dispatched his product, stating we had taken £128.10 out of his account. Poor English, and claimed he was a lawyer who would take every penny from our company. He opened a case with PayPal for a refund of the £7.99. We refunded him it immediately and I contacted our courier to have the package returned to us and not delivered.

The buyer then waited 2 days for the parcel to arrive and realised it was not coming. Sent another email to us stating he wanted his £128.10 back. He claimed he wouldn't close the case with PayPal until we refunded him. We checked PayPal and there was no case open and there was also no sign of any £128.10 taken. My thinking is that he believed he could get a product and be given a refund. He did not think we would have the product taken out of delivery.

He is still spamming our emails with threatening mail, that we are now ignoring. To be honest, we are not sure exactly what he wants now. I don't think he knows either. He has sent emails with 'screenshots' of his PayPal. They look close to real, but there are many signs of forgery. Such as the name that appears on his statement of our company is incorrect.
