This guy is the typical extortionist. he likes buying pipes, than contacts the seller threatening with feedback if you don't give him a partial refund. I contacted several other of his sellers and they have gone through the same problem with him. BEWARE !! When he receives a pipe he doesn't like he will go as far as braking it on purpose and file a claim with ebay. He is a cheat !!
