The photo provided showed intentional destruction - we could only recreate the effect depicted by repeatedly bending the product back and forth on itself by up to 180 degrees. We initially replaced the first order and have subsequently refunded both. We recommend online traders BLOCK Gloria Zainab Safi, to save going through the wasting of time and money we encountered. After refunding in full, she took issue with our attitude!
