I'm also currently dealing with Earl Creech (dvdman40475_1) as of today Jan 6th 2017. He bought 4 eBay items from me and a week after he received the package he un-registers his eBay account (the same one listed here) then starts a PayPal claim as "Item not as described". I will be fighting this claim, do you think you can assist me since you have a written police report on him.

He bought two pillows on ebay and after he received them he claimed one pillow "the cooling agent does not seem to work" despite the fact that these pillows were factory sealed and in original packaging. After receiving numerous messages from him urging me to ship immediately, he never responded to any attempts to further explain his claim. I dealt with him before. He will claim item not as described and initiate a return. However, he'll ship back an empty box with just a letter scribbled on a piece of paper. If this is the case, you just have to call ebay and fill an affidavit.

Earl Creech is back under a new name (kentucky40475) and has cheated me in the same manner. I sold a large box of over 40 brand new DVDS. He complained "some" were damaged in shipping. So I processed a return label for him to return items (at further financial costs to me). The return box then comes back and is absolutely empty except a note saying he wants to discuss the matter further. But, when I try to contact him via eBay or email directly - he is absolutely silent and unresponsive. (FYI - prior to the purchase (he was constantly sending messages with questions about items, cutting him deals etc, and came across highly communicative). Now, after he got the refund for all these dvds (as well as keeping them all), he is trying again to do the same to me with another item he purchased. And has even opened a case against me. I will be contacting the police, FBI as well as United States Post Office accusing him of mail fraud. Which carries a severe punishment if convicted.

Reported him to FBI, Traced him in their home .. there is a 25 years old living in that house, he is doing the fraud .. approximately they stole $50k from multiple retailers, Ebay, Amazon. he doesn't know that returning empty box is a felony crime and has grave punishment .. he will ending up in jail for years and millions restitution fee .. not just him the whole family
