Details: | I had two high-end fishing reels listed, both in separate auctions. He won both of them, but then demanded more photos with both the items together. I had a bad feeling, so I shipped the items to him Priority Mail with Insurance. He received the items, then three weeks later contacted me and demanded $50 to fix the reels or else he'd leave negative FB. He filed a claim with eBay buyer protection and he was DECLINED because in order to qualify, the item cannot be altered from its original state. He left two negative feedbacks, which were removed by ebay because of a violation of the feedback extortion policy. If you look at the feedback he leaves for others, we aren't the only ones he's done this too. To add insult to injury, he had our items re-listed on eBay for twice the price he paid for them (which is his right, but he was trying to get $50 back!) |
