Although this guy is based in Germany, his address is in Delaware.
They bid up expensive items like iphones, especially broken ones etc. And then they mark the item as paid and don't communicate. They are all non payers. Report to eBay asap! They keep changing usernames, their names etc, but items shipping address remains in the Delaware area.
