Buyer bought a pair of pants from me and when she got them, she found a small tear. She contacted me and I promptly gave her a full refund without question and without having her return the item.
I then filed to have the transaction cancelled with ebay so I could get my fees back and she refused to have the transaction cancelled so now I am not only out the pants and the money....but I have to swallow the fees associated with it.
Beware of this one....
too many dishonest buyers out there to ruin it for us honest sellers.
