Details: | Customer demanded we made sure Fedex went into his apartment complex and delivered to his door during COVID. We said they may not be able to if they can't get access to the lobby so they may leave it outside. Customer had a complete meltdown saying he'd call his credit card company and dispute the charge if they don't deliver it to his door (and keep the items). We said if you do this we'd file a police report. He said cancel the order (after it was already shipped) and threatened to write a bad review since we told him we'd file a police report if he stole the products. Customer sent 23 messages in 5 minutes freaking out. I had an assistant drive to Fedex and grab the package after it was already dropped off. Customer waited until we had given the package to Fedex to even contact us and I'm assuming received a notification from Fedex saying it was on the way and then did so. DO NOT SELL TO THIS CUSTOMER, was extremely rude and just hateful for no reason whatsoever. |
