First off if your selling to the public, DO NOT give them your home address. Get a PO Box and have them send everything there. When you get a package go tot he post office and open the item in front of a postal employee, if the postmaster is there, open it in front of him. So when you go to file fraud charges, you'll have a government employee backing you up. Send a certified mail to this bitch, saying if you don't pay for the item, plus recorp fees to get your money your going to send this bitch to collections and file fraud charges against her. Tell her you opened the item in front of your local post master and he's willing to sign a later to the federal postal inspectors office.
