Purchased a Philips Lady epilator off me.
I got it directly from Philips outlets.

This buyer claimed " item is obviously used, still have hair inside .. etc ".

I remembered I double checked the stock it is brand new factory sealed.

Luckily I have photographed the item box and keeping the Philips reciept .
I told him to provide proof of " being used condition" , but he never reply back.

He filed PayPal dispute and credit card chargebacks

I have also reported to police too, they told me to wait for this scammer's if he ask for refund or something.
Now he did NOT reply for 3 full months.
