Just a warning to other sellers. Buyer claims an 'item not as described' case. Apparently, their claim was explained as they didn't like the product, because it doesn't look like other products they are used too.... Oh My.... So, basically at this point we have to ask ourselves is it worth literally hours of lost time, proving that we are right, taking images, calling ebay up or just give the buyer his money back. When the item arrive, we just gave the buyer his money back. Honestly, we could have fought the claim, and won. However, for the money the buyer paid on this item, its just not worth it. The buyer was reported to eBay, and blocked.

We are simply passing along info to other sellers, just in case this happens again.
