This scam buyer is located in China. He bought an item from us for about $6000 (winning bid on an unreserved auction). The item was sent by express mail tracked, and signed for, pursuant to Paypals and Ebays rules. The item got to Chinese Customs, then the buyer refused to pay the customs duty on the purchase, and instead he filed a fraudulent Item Not Received complaint with Paypal to get his payment back. As of right now, we our out the $6000 ish, and the item.
