| Details: | Purchased a video game on Sep 14 ( Sat ), I shipped it on Sep 17 ( Tuesday morning ).
I forwarded the USPS tracking to PayPal , and the USPS website shows he actually received it .
Wow, now he is playing the game and holding the funds. PayPal said he has NEVER replied for 2 weeks! Now it has been 3 months and I have not had the money yet.
