Depends on how Ebay handed it. (1) did you take pictures of the original (2) did you show what you were selling vs what you received as in different model numbers etc. First thing you do is send the asshole a collections letter and tell him you will sue him petty larceny and bank fraud. Go open a police report and show the asshole the report and the only thing you have to do is send it to the court house and there's a trial for petty larcney. Send his ass to collections and sue him for every expense you incure.
