Buyer purchased and received fabric via Facebook Marketplace. Fabric was shipped in "one piece." Buyer then sends request for full refund citing that I sent her two smaller pieces - which is not true. I then kindly offered to refund total purchase price plus shipping upon return of the fabric. I then emailed her a return shipping label, on my dime. Buyer never used the label, but instead mailed to me in a tiny envelope two very small clippings from the fabric I sent. Return shipping label remains unused. I've reported to Facebook about this buyer.
