Details: | Sold a perfectly functioning iPhone and he used the old "it was broken but I fixed it issue me a partial refund" trick. I didn't even bother trying to escalate it because I know PayPal will just side with the buyer in the end. Lesson learned. I hope this will help others avoid having to learn this the same way I did. |
