| Details: | Use will say they didnt receive the item and open a false claim, and give you negative feedback. The goal is for PayPal to reimburse the cost of the device so the buyer will actually then get the item for free!! And you will be left with negative feedback and a strike from Ebay. A quick google search and you will see, there are a lot of people dealing with this bad buyer:
