NO! First off, its your responsibility to make sure the item gets delivered and proof of it. Its not the buyer its yours! You knew this, shipped the item without any tracking and you knew what would happen if there was a chargeback. That was your fault and your problem. NO one should be out any money except you. You were stupid enough to ship a product knowing full well that you couldnt prove delivery to a credit card confirmed address.
