Details: | Sellers do not ship any items to customers if they make claims that the product they received is defective. Only ship a replacement once you get the item back and never just because the buyer says so. This is the classic case with this person. Tries to rip us off on get this, a $2.99 cell phone battery. Will go into the support site and make up a fake claim stating the item was defective or the wrong one. We immediately ship the product to her without receiving the other because it was only $2.xx. She says great ship it back to you ASAP. 2 months later and still nothing back. Then 2 days after she got the replacement this bitch tries to pull her bullshit over again and saying the battery we sent (which we know for a fact was the right one) that its also the wrong one. Now she wants a 3rd battery while having 2 in her possession. So we tell her to your not getting shit until we get the item back! Now its been 6 weeks ontop of the 2 months and still not a single battery. We enforced our policies, we have signed copies of the agreement she entered into and basically told this moron to go fuck themselves. |
