This is not true at all. The person who reported this is a Japanese seller known for misrepresenting his lens auctions and finally got called out on it. Don't feel bad for him, he practically stole the lens in this sale for next to nothing and was reselling it for thousands over market. I am not the buyer, but there a lots of use aware of this shady seller.
What a butt hurt, trashy guy. He's trying to sell the same lens again here in Japan for even more than he sold it to this poor buyer.
