Details: | Customer placed an order, everything checks out, and then as soon as he receives the merchandise, he files a chargeback saying he never received it. We submitted the tracking, delivery, everything, but he still disputes it, saying the tracking we provided must not be for his package. It must be for someone else who lives in his city, state and zip. He insists he did not sign for it, so he didn't receive it. So we are left with the decision to either refund him in full, or possibly get charged $500 in Arbitration fees, if the network sides with him. So basically, another scammer gets a free refund at the expense of the American people because I must pass this loss onto the rest of my customers, with higher prices. |
