Details: | Buyer bought a cheap $250 Chainsaw on Buya.com. When I went to ship it, the item was MIA. I called the buyer to offer a refund or an alternate chainsaw. They chose a $499.99 chainsaw, which we discounted down to $300 AS A COURTESY, TO MEET HIS ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, meaning we were only asking for $50 difference. To ship, the chainsaw blade is taken off. Fluids such as gas are drained. Buyer was warned this was necessary for shipping. When he couldn't figure out how to put the blade on or to refill the fluids, he took it somewhere that charged to do it for him. He then followed to give us a BAD review after we had GIVEN HIM $200 OFF a better chainsaw, and BLAMED US FOR THE COST OF PUTTING THE BLADE BACK ON AND THE GAS/FLUIDS BACK IN. He *ACTED* like he was happy and fine, and then left a bad review anyways, after all the effort in fixing the situation. He could have VERY EASILY CALLED US BACK for any further issues, BUT HE DIDN'T. Because HE KNEW he got A GREAT DEAL and that he was just being a JERK. -- From the very beginning, I offered a full refund for the chainsaw missing from inventory. But in stead HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US. -- DO NOT BOTHER TO DEAL WITH THIS MAN. HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF HE CAN, AND SCREW YOU AGAIN RIGHT AFTER. |

Ok first off you give no refunds to anyone. Second you put a disclaimer that they have to be authorized by the manufacture to do things like that or they void the warranty. You are not allowed to ship any flamable liquids via any shipment services! He's blaming you for his stupidity and you do have stupidity in yourself. No deals for people you just met, they are there to rip you off period. You sell a product point blank and your job is to ship the product in the stated time frame. nothing more. if the asshole doesnt know how it works thats the morons fucken problem.
