Complete scammer. I talked to several sellers he dealt with and guess what - he tried it with all eBay sellers he purchased from, and he literally made money out of this scam. Buyer left the following note when he purchased on eBay paying with Paypal. Note to seller ship this item to this address: another address via personal email, and threaten if not followed him Thank You. When we agreed and shipped to this address out of good customer service, he would file a Paypal case and escalated it to claim immediately. Since you didn't ship to his Paypal address - bang he would have you great item and money. And you are left with a BBE and complete loss.
