Details: | after getting 2 separate discounts, claimed that none were working!! We service & test all items 700+ sales without any issue with any item. So it’s (at least) questionable when 2 out of 2 at the same moment / same buyer don't work well without giving any detail whatsoever. So we offered a return for a full refund which never did. After years on Etsy & other platforms with feedback systems it’s easy to recognize patterns & behaviors behind certain messages. In such cases we have a strict policy to refund for returns but never partially refund for vague claims. It deters discount attempts but of course can’t deter a bad feedback as retaliation. So she left a negative feedback for items been "more expensive than should" !! Avoid! |
