He is a scammer, bought from Ebay, paid with Paypal. opened a case as not as described. When I request photos to proof and compare the product received vs my listing, never answered. Then open a case on Paypal, for same reason, Paypal asked to return the product, never returned. So Paypal closed the case in my favour. This buyer wanted a full refund and keep the item.
