| Details: | Sold 3 color drums and 1 black drum. Buyer said he received 2 color and 2 black. Requested an exchange. We comply even though weight on Fedex is showing the same as all other orders from different buyers. There is a difference of 0.5LBS between the drum. Not only buyer got a new color but he returned a USED black drum to us! |
