The fact that you put signature confirmation and had proof of delivery, says that this person is nothing more than a 2 bit moron. This idiot has some set of balls filing a dispute stating he didnt receive the item when you have tracking that shows that yous ent it to the confirmed address and HAVE signature confirmation. Contact the Postal Inspectors Office in Chicago and report him. Then send the asshole a copy of the fraud report.
