Details: | Customer is in central or south America. Uses a drop shipping company in FL. 1 month after shipment arrived and signed for at forwarder, calls saying forwarder never received it. UPS shows it was signed for. Contact forwarding company who says they had a problem with ALL of their inbound packages that day....oops. Goes on to claim he will bad mouth our company around the world if we do not refund his money........ It was his responsibility to track the package with the tracking he was provided. Waiting until 1 month after it went "missing" to claim he did not receive it is not acceptable. Trying to cyber bully our company was the final straw. |
