As with anything, its your responsibility to put tracking on everything and insurance. the buyer will say any lies and doesnt have to prove anything. The facts that banks dont give a rats ass about you, they aint making money off you and the fact is they will take their sweet time since its not their money its yours, plus product. Take the asshole to court and send him collections letters.
