You have your terminal report or receipt from your merchant account, you want to get a confirmed match to the address, and link every single piece of information they put on the sales order via a 3rd party source and prove it was the person. email address, physical address, phone number, email address link it them. Then send a letter to the cardholder sating if you dont pay back the fees charged your going to bring the spick up on petty larceny and bank fraud.

We shipped a brand new correct item, the buyer claims wrong item sent and returned completely different used broken item. The bean dip Myra Lopez is nothing but a common crook.
