Details: | I sold a brand new cell phone to ebay user jaycewright. Because this is a brand new item, the listing stated that a 35% restocking fee will be applied if returned, since I can't re-sell it as new anymore. This is literally stated within the first two sentences of the listing. A few days after purchasing the brand new cell phone, jaycewright opened a return request, with the reason of "Found a better price" and stated "Ordered this for my husband he wasn’t happy with it being compact so we’re returning it." I informed jaycewright that the 35% restocking fee will be applied. However, she refused to accept it, then threatened me and called me a "scam". The ebay return reason is for "Found a better price", but after informing her of the restocking fee, she then opened a paypal case and a credit card chargeback with the reason "Item not as described". So basically she changed her story to try to avoid a restocking fee and is now able to get a refund multiple times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HUMAN TRASH!! |

It very VISIBLY written that if you return the cell phone used, a re-stocking fee will be charged. You agreed to that condition when you purchased the phone. Then you open a return with the reason of "Found a better price", but then filed disputes with the reason, "Item not as described" to bypass that restocking fee. Who's the actual liar? YOU ARE

First off whenever there is a problem like that ITS ALWAYS THE BUYER WHO IS THE BULLSHIT ARTIST! They will make up any excuse to justify their actions. It was the buyer scamming the seller. With that type of asshole buyer I would not refund anything, especially when that bitch went to three other places and tried to scam the seller. You asshole buyers think you can do whatever you want, regardless of what the seller's policies are, just as long as its in your favor and you dont have to pay a dime. You dont care how much of a hassle you put a seller through just as long as you get away with your bullshit games!
The buyer is under a legal agreement, and the asshole still wants a refund after trying to beach a contract and not return the item? They came up with so many asshole excuses. (1) you get no refund for keeping the product and (2) PayPal is he one that charged your account not the seller, so take it up with them asshole!
