This time he was selling a church organ which he had listed in three separate ads RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME. He was reported and eBay canceled two of them. He then lowered the price and listed yet another ad of the same organ, running TWO at the same time, and that was reported as well, reducing the ads to one single ad which was an auction with a Buy it Now option. The photos of the organ itself were four years old, not current, and the ad was filled with inaccuracies. The only option was 'buy now pay now', leaving a potential buyer hung out to dry until he could be refunded through PayPal.

The organ was listed as FREE SHIPPING via USPS which is impossible, since the combined items would weigh 700 lbs. In the ad description itself it stated 'local pickup only'. (Continued, Part I)

We contacted the seller repeatedly about some of the discrepancies AND MULTIPLE LISTINGS FOR THE SAME ITEM (a violation of eBay policy) and received zero response. Finally Ganta responded that he was in the middle of the move but failed to answer any of our questions other than the general city the organ was located in, which was already listed in the ad (San Clemente, CA). The CA State Bar lists him out of Irvine, CA, which is only minutes from San Clemente.
