Says they refused package, gives a bogus tracking number from 2 weeks before they even placed the order, the tracking number shows from NJ to NJ while we are in FL. then they say they spoke to our agent, Impossible I'm the only one to talk to and they didn't talk to me! The tracking number shows Shipping from NJ from NJ on Oct 19th and delivered to NJ on Nov 4th, they didn't even place their order with us until Nov 1st and we didn't even ship there order until Nov 4th, so it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to have sent it back to us when you didn't even place the order with us yet! Then leave negative feedback because we would not refund! Definitely one to watch out for!
