This is another one of these buyers that receive the item, then claim it is damaged when it isn't, then expects a refund and/or to keep the card, in addition to extorting extra money out of you under the table, under threat of negative feedback. Lol, if there's something wrong with the card, why are you trying to keep it, and also extort extra money out of me? The video card was brand new (1 day of use) and worked perfectly. Extremely mean spirited/hateful/abusive emails right off the bat too.
