Ebay Order no. 26-11067-52682
I’m a seller on eBay. I sold a purse with Coach brand ( Serial number 195031572807, CA548 IMRFF) on Jan 20th. After receiving it, the buyer was lying that he received the package super damaged and the purse was not the listed item. Then, she scammed the Coach purse and switched junk and opened a false return which he can get a full refund and keep the original purse.
I reported it to ebay and UPS (package damaged report), and UPS denied the claim and stated that there was no verification of any damaged or missing contents
