This guy is mad because he lost the case and had to refund my money. He had the item returned within a 2 week period and still wasn't going to refund my money. I have a perfect rating with EBay. I don't think hiss vicous comments should be allowed to be posted about me. He is threatening and also publicily slandering me. I do believe there can be criminal charges filed for this.

SELLERS, remember to subscribe to newsletter to get your fresh batch of reported BAD BUYERS and block, block, block! When those buyers try to buy an item and get the dreaded, you can not buy this item or this buyer blocked you - they will think again about how proper people need to behave.

Defamation isn't a criminal matter, it's civil. Burden of proof is on the plaintiff (that's you), and it's a high standard to meet. Truth is also an absolute defense, and if the buyer's story can be verified, your case will be dismissed with prejudice. I can count the number of successful defamation cases (that don't involve a media outlet and/or a celebrity) I've heard of on one hand. A check of your eBay record shows that you engaged in at least one documented incident of feedback extortion. Extortion, by the way, IS a criminal matter, regardless of how small the stakes are.

My advice - don't threaten people with legal action unless you're absolutely positive you know what you're talking about. Otherwise, some guy like me is going to light you up in court.

There is no way anyways to get info on someone on EBay that they have "extorted feedback" on their record, so what you are saying is total BS. Also I never claimed "defamation" - I can give a shit about this buyer. This happened 3 years ago and I said my peace here. This person was asked to return item and they took their sweet time, they also jump the gun and opened a case - typical of trouble makers. And by the way who threatened with legal action??????
