Right off the bat that's your fault. (1) you sent the item express mail (2) you processed an order knowing full well that the credit card wasn't is. The first thing that PayPal or any other credit card processing company says, is ship only to the credit card's billable address. How do you know that the person you called wasn't the actual person that just bullshitted that his card was stolen. Never do business with scumbags from New York especially the Bronx.
