Didn't read listing which states IN CAPS at the top that I do not take PayPal. Kept asking me to take PayPal. Refused to acknowledge receipt of invoices or respond to my messages. Threatened to leave negative feedback, then in the next message asks if he can buy the relisted item even though the transaction was closed. Even though I've blocked him he continues to harass me via messages through eBay, accusing me of having a bad attitude. eBay says they can't stop him messaging me.
