You have to blame Ebay for allowing her to do it because they want to give this fake ass illusion that eBay is scamless. They will even remove listings from buyers to scam. Merchants have to sue Visa & mastercard for allowing it to happen. If you accept credit card's you know exactly what goes on and the crap that buyer's try to pull. merchants need to get together and file a law suit against visa and mastercard to change their chargeback polices. Once that's done everything will change.
