She ordered an item from us and before doing so, she was informed that the item would take 10 working days to arrive, after placing her order, she was sent an email reminding her again, that this item would take 10 working days to arrive.

8 working days after placing her order she emailed claiming her order was lost. We emailed her, reminding her that her order would take 10 working days to arrive.

2 hours later, she opens a dispute against us with PayPal, claiming she hadn't received her order and that she had received no communication from us regarding her order.

We replied to her dispute, reminding her of the delivery schedule for her order & attaching the email we had just sent her. Unfortunately, as so often is the case these days, PayPal refunded her payment less than an hour later. It appears that PayPal just issues refunds if the purchase price is quite low.

She appears to be one of the people who are aware of this new PayPal policy and is abusing it to her advantage. Avoid, she's a scammer.
