Customer was shipped a used PS3 video game. I took pictures of the game before shipping, inside and out. The disc and instruction manual were included and were in fantastic shape. My listing even had pictures of the disc in the case, as well as a picture of the bottom of the disc as proof there were no scratches. However, I received an email from the customer saying that the package and case arrived - but the disc wasn't inside. I knew instantly this was a false accusation but asked if the package had signs of tampering. He admitted no. This basically proved to me that he was a fraudulent liar trying to score a quick one. I exchanged a few emails with him explaining his options, but I wasn't going to cave in to a con artist. He claims he's taking the issue to Amazon, but I haven't seen anything on that yet. DO NOT sell to this guy, he's just a shmuck looking for a buck.
