Andrew Barnett (954-449-4704, 1236 S OCEAN DR
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33316-2418 ) purchased a $325.90 HDMI 4x4 Matrix from us on Amazon on 1/25/2012. We shipped the item with delivery confirmation and INSURANCE. USPS tracking confirmed the item was delivered 2/1/2012. USPS tracking number is (9434610200793161330509). We had never heard from him since. But three months later on 4/30/2012, suddently we received a credit card chargeback claim, filed by Andrew Barnett, against us claimed that he had not yet received the item. We called Andrew Barnett at (954-449-4704), he answered the phone, but after we identified ourselves as the seller calling him regarding his chargeback claim, he immediately pretended that he didn't know what we were talking about and hang up the phone! We immediately called back, but he didn't answer, so we left a voice message, telling him that we were the seller, checking with him regarding his $325 chargeback claim, and specifically told him that we had insurance coverage on this item, only thing he needed to do is to fill out an insurance form, sign it, then we can either reship or refund. After the call, we emailed him the insurance claim form through Amazon email system (Amazon archives all emails between buyer and seller). But we never heard from him. We brought up this case to our insurance company, our insurance company also called him "I called him and left a voicemail. Hopefully he will respond as we cannot process this claim without the signed affidavit from Mr. Barnett.". Andrew Barnett never provided the signed affidavit to support his claim and the 30 day claim window has now expired. But he never gave up on his chargeback claim, as we received his claim again on 6/25/2012. This is a classic case of chargeback abuse and mail theft, we have also reported this case to USPS postal inspector, and it has been recorded (Reference #23634503). We believe sharing this info can help to build a better market place.

i don't know that much about Andrew Barnett. But you made an article about him purchasing a very expensive property, Not all people can be as rich as them and they are lucky to be that rich!
