GF Books ordered a VG book from us, gave some other customer's address to ship to. Two weeks later, they requested a refund, saying that it had not arrived. But tracking showed that it had.
So I found the customer on facebook, asked her if the book had arrived. She said that it had, and she knew nothing about a return request.
She also said that she was feeling cheated, because she paid for a NEW book, but received a VG book.
I repeated all of this to Amazon. They said customer is always right, you lose the AZ.

So cancel any orders from this guy. He tries to scam people on both ends.
