Details: | Buyer bought a Thermometer for $1.99 on sale, the item was advertised as "Reads in Celsius" several times in the listing. Once the buyer received thermometer they emailed saying it was no good to them as they couldn't figure out how to read Celsius. The buyer failed to read the listing correctly and then proceeded to demand a refund. "Demand" is the key word here, if you make an error, accept it and nicely ask for a refund, don't demand a refund and say if you dont get one, you will file a complaint and submit a negative report. Had the buy been nice and simply asked for a refund, I would gladly have done so, but the buyer was rude and demanding, and threatened to use a negative review to get their $1.99 refunded. The buyer felt it was their right to ignore their mistake and use buyers remorse to extort a refund. |

first off why are you dealing with small chump change. You must be starving for working this hard. 2nd If you're selling them this cheap or they're going for this cheap. Why brother? What are you making after fee and shipping 10 cent lol. Would you risk your account getting banned for 10 cent profit
for ebay policy abuse for providing your information to the public. Seller breach ebay policy. You can have him banned for using this site. Its been done immediately in the past. Keep calling eBay. You can also sue him in court. Keep in mind lawyer these day's don't require money up front or take your case unless they win it. It is against law providing personal data without consent.
